At Maddox Virtual Services, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), we are committed to providing high-quality Online Business Management services tailored to the unique needs of each client. Because of the personalized and strategic nature of our services, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. Services Covered

This policy applies to all service offerings, including but not limited to:

  • Strategic Planning Sessions
  • OBM Power Hours
  • Done-for-You Retainer Packages

2. Refunds & Non-Refundable Services

All sales of services are non-refundable once:

  • The service has commenced, or
  • Initial strategic work, preparation, or deliverables have been provided.

Much of the value of our services comes from the time, expertise, and strategies we dedicate before or during the initial stages of engagement. Because of this, refunds cannot be issued after work has begun.

3. Rescheduling & Flexibility

  • If you need to reschedule a session, we request at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate rescheduling requests.
  • Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited at our discretion.

4. Exceptions

In rare circumstances, if Maddox Virtual Services is unable to deliver a service due to unforeseen circumstances or internal cancellation, a full or partial refund may be offered at our sole discretion.
